Sheldon joined Joelson Wilson as a trainee in 1978 and is head of our Corporate team.

He handles a wide range of corporate and business law matters for clients ranging from celebrity chefs, high street casino and bingo operators, and food and drink companies to well known media and travel groups. He advises on all kinds of corporate and commercial transactions, including management buy-ins and buy-outs, AIM flotations, acquisitions and disposals and joint ventures.

A large part of Sheldon's business is acting for overseas companies wishing to establish or develop their UK-based operations.

Sheldon speaks passable French.

Sheldon is also the chairman of European Lawyers Network.
